1. Mobile service centres

To facilitate residents of the outlying islands to participate in the Scheme, the Hong Kong Outlying Islands Women's Association Limited has set up two mobile service centres at the following locations:

2. Temporary closure of ELCHK Service Centres

(i) Temporary Removal of the Tin Yiu Office
The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong(ELCHK) Tin Shui Wai Centre(located at Tin Yiu Estate) will be temporarily closed for renovation during the period of 1 December 2009 to 12 April 2010. Service will resume to normal on 13 April 2010. During the renovation period, no new applications will be processed. Applicants who have joined the Scheme via the mentioned Centre can submit your transport allowance claims to the temporary office of ELCHK at G/F, Tsz Ping House, Tin Tsz Estate, Tin Shui Wai for processing. The telephone number of the Centre shall remain unchanged. Please call ELCHK staff at 2446 2023 for enquiries.
(ii) Temporary Removal of the Sheung Shui Office
The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong(ELCHK) North District centre(located at Choi Lai House, Choi Yuen Estate), will undergo renovation for the period of 5 Jan 2010 to 30 Apr 2010 and resume to normal operation on 4 May 2010. The centre will also close on 1-2 May 2010(public holidays), and on 3 May 2010(close on Mondays).

New applications will not be processed from 1 Dec 2009 til the end of the renovation period. During the period of 5 Jan 2010 to 30 Apr 2010, applicants who have joined the Scheme via the centre can submit transport allowance claims at a temporary centre of ELCHK at No.329-336, 3/F, Choi Yuk House, Choi Yuen Estate. Please call ELCHK staff at 2673 2120 for enquiries.

3. Temporary closure of OIWA Tung Chung Centre

The Hong Kong Outlying Islands Women¡¦s Association(OIWA) Tung Chung Centre will be temporarily closed for renovation from mid-February 2010. Starting from 8 February 2010 and until further notice, applications will be processed at the temporary office of OIWA at G/F B Wing, Mun Yat House, Yat Tung (II) Estate, Tung Chung. The telephone number of the Centre shall remain unchanged. Please call OIWA staff at 3141 7110 for enquiries.
