| (i) |
Demand for rates and Government rent or public utilities bill (water supplies, electricity or gas, etc.) sent to the reported residential address over the past 3 months; or |
| (ii) |
Letter issued by the SWD relating to CSSA Scheme (applicable to CSSA recipients only) sent to the reported residential address over the past 3 months ; or |
| (iii) |
Tenancy agreement of the residential premises (with rental receipt or record over the past 3 months). |

Bank statements or valid bank passbooks for all the past 3 months (passbooks must be updated within a month prior to submission of application); and / or |
| (ii) |
Other proof of possession of land / properties, cash value of insurance policy, investments in stocks and shares, and other readily realizable assets. |
